Agreement

These terms govern use of K12First websites and services. By creating an account or using a paid or trial service, you represent that you are authorized to act for the subscribing organization.

Subscriptions, trials, and evaluations

Cast subscriptions are billed annually. Eligible new Cast subscriptions include a 30-day trial with no payment method required. If no payment method is present when the trial ends, Cast service is paused and no automatic charge is made. Guard evaluations, subscriptions, service scope, and pricing are governed by the applicable written order or agreement.

Authorized use

You may use K12First services for lawful school and organizational operations, including authorized communications and security administration. You are responsible for account access, content rights, product configuration, required notices and permissions, and the actions of your users.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but no online service is uninterrupted. Features may evolve as we improve the product. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated appropriately.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you provide and grant K12First the permission necessary to store, process, and display it for the service. K12First retains rights in the platform, software, and product design.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
