How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve our services; process subscriptions; communicate about accounts; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers for functions such as payment processing, infrastructure, delivery, monitoring, and support. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

School and student data

K12First products are designed for school operations. Customers control the content and account data they place in the services. Cast may process customer-provided display content and player information. Guard may process email content, attachments, message metadata, security findings, and administrator actions as directed by the customer. Do not submit sensitive student information through public contact forms.

Retention and security

We retain information for legitimate business, contractual, security, and legal purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting [email protected]. Some records must be retained for legal, billing, or security purposes.
