These terms govern use of K12First Meeting, Agenda Manager, Meeting Hub, and the K12First public website. K12First Meeting is operated by SafelyEmail LLC under the K12First brand.
Authorized access
Agenda Manager requires an authorized customer account. Users must use only their assigned access, protect their session, follow their organization’s policies, and act within the roles granted by their organization. Google authorization does not by itself grant access to a customer workspace.
Customer administration and Google services
A customer administrator is responsible for authorizing the organization’s Google Workspace connection, selecting appropriate users, and granting only the permissions required for the customer’s workflow. Use of Google services remains subject to the customer’s agreements with Google and applicable Google terms.
Customer content and records
Customers are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, classification, retention, and publication of content they provide or connect. K12First Meeting preserves role checks, tenant separation, publication controls, and audit evidence, but the customer decides which approved materials become public and which records must be retained.
Public Meeting Hub pages
Meeting Hub pages provide access only to materials an authorized customer user has approved and published. Availability depends on customer publication decisions and service status. K12First does not represent that a customer has published every record it may be required to disclose.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another customer’s data, upload malicious content, scrape restricted materials, interfere with service availability, misuse public packet links, or use the service unlawfully.
Privacy and support
Use of K12First Meeting is also governed by the K12First Meeting Privacy Policy. Product, access, privacy, and support questions can be sent to [email protected]. A customer subscription or service agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these website terms.
